CZGL-15 on-line self cleaning filter is used with KLD on-line analyzer. The Filter startup is controlled by the analyzer and the rinsing circle & the filtration time are controlled by the controller integrated into the PLC.

Operating principle
When KLD on-line analyzer is started, it drives the relay to send signal to PLC of filteration unit.The unit begins to filter sample according to the cycles setup in the PLC and meanwhile the timer starts to count. PLC is used for activating the external sampling pump, the air compressor and the peristaltic pump and the solenoid valve for self cleaning. It completes the sampling according to the time programmed.
